Don’t tell them what’s in the package. Anything of value could get stolen like my diamond necklace for my daughter did the girl clerk said what’s in the package get Insurance didn’t tell me it had to be signed received stole the diamond necklace as soon as I walked out, my daughter said there was no diamond necklace in the box She received. Not only was my packages delivered to the wrong address but the wrong subdivision. Bad customer service when called.

I’m extremely disappointed with FedEx. I was not able to get any information about my package because, according to their policy, only the sender is allowed to contact them regarding delivery issues. After nearly a month, I found out that the FedEx driver delivered my package to the wrong address. We went there ourselves and were told that someone had already taken the package.
