Brook was AMAZING! I made some paper inserts to stick into badges that we were handing out to clinical staff at CHOA in appreciation for them at our ring the bell ceremony. I tried at home unsuccessfully several times to tweak the picture eliminating defects from lighting ect to no avail. I mentioned it to Brook as she assisted with printing for me and she took it upon herself to edit the image to perfection. Missed the guaranteed time by a day! Don't use if you need something by a specific time or day, they will miss that and you still pay! Will not use again, and my company was hoping they could handle our printing needs!
Even though the employee was confused about how to fill out the shipping documents, the manager didn't help. That manager seemed aware of the situation and was testing how the employee would handle it. I, who was chosen for the troublesome role, ended up waiting for about an hour. Relationships with employees are also important for managers. However, I suggest keeping them within the bounds of common sense and creating training manuals that do not inconvenience customers.
FedEx is lazy I notice that they claim that know they put package in mailbox when it can't even fix inside the mail b I have call manytime about this new thing they are doing lot of peoples is complaining in Buford Ga. Calling , don't waster you time
