Editing my review: bldg is closed due to flooding and mold, the sign on the door is just misleading. Gavin got back to me and was very kind and helpful on the phone. You can tell he cares about his job and the soldiers. Doesn’t answer the phone at all, for 3 days. Location has moved apparently and nobody at the madigan annex knows where to. Can’t call the office to ask because they don’t answer, it goes right to voicemail. very frustrating.
