Total nightmare dealing with the section dealing with tax and fees for short-term rentals. Wasted hours trying to talk to somebody there to answer simple question like what is the e-mail address
In the time of Covid expect longer waits than usual. Pleased with the check-in and waitlist process. Took approximately 30 minutes to check in and was then given my place in line via a link. Clicking on link periodically gave me updated place in line. Only downside is that wait time is approximate and the closer to my actual time the estimate was no longer accurate. People in the new business license office, information desk, and in the zoning dept were all courteous and professional. Excellent service, proud of Atlanta. Shout out to Sasha in the business license dept who was especially helpful and kind.
