Only location to get a replacement key; did not have delivery options and far from campus. Had to walk in the snow six times in one day to get keys.
walked into an unkempt and infected room. they charge for room damage, so why don’t they use that money to fix it? also they don’t seem to respond to anything—maybe the email/call service has been down the past couple years? someone should check on that maybe. facilities on the other hand has been great, so i don’t know what went wrong here!
