I don't know what these reviews are talking about - everyone here is professional, especially Miss Candi. I'm a graduate student and as long as you are paying attention to your portal (like most adults should be doing anyways) they are professional and willing to help you resolve any issue. I've even been pointed in the right direction for issues unrelated to financial aid. This is college not Pre-K, lol. On behalf of my peers, thanks to the amazing staff for helping answer all of our questions, every semester.

Very easy to contact and set meetings up with. They are also very quick to get back to me about questions regarding my finical aid. They are always very polite on the phone, and I am very satisfied with my experience
Scheduled an appointment and sent emails during my withdrawal process but received no responses at all. Very unprofessional. Do not go here.
