I have went twice to Dr. Vaughn's office and both times have been pleasant. I have chronic anxiety and white coat syndrome and he has been accommodating and is highly intelligent and knowledgeable. He is understand about patient needs and questions. The receptionist is truly one of the nicest receptionists I have met. She is always happy and helpful. This is one of the only doctor's offices that is amazing and nice. I'd say the nicest doctor's office around. Thank you so much!

This office doesn't even deserve 1 star. The receptionist was VERY unprofessional and rude. I got charged 25$ noticein the mail for a missed appointment I didn't make back in July in November. Like it took you 4 months to realize I missed an appt in July. Really??????
The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I had reasons not to show up and she knew that I had even called before my appointment. I didnt get to see the doctor because the receptionist had the audacity to say " were going to bill you 400 dollars, dont call back here we dont want you as a patient goodbye." I highly recommend you DO NOT go to this doctor's office. I'm very upset.
I foolishly believed the glowing 5-star reviews for this man, but after my experience, I wouldn’t even recommend Dr. Vaughan to my worst enemy. His arrogant attitude, condescending demeanor, and constant belittling in his manner of speaking are not only rude, but highly unprofessional. He also repeatedly contradicted himself, so he is either senile, or just doesn’t pay attention to what he’s saying.
