This government agency is a complete waste of US tax payers money it should be abolished. I have filed 2 complaints against 2 different lawyers for unethical billing practices and filing claims that they knew to be false along with fraud. They refuse to investigate either even with around 50 pages of evidence. I wish I could give it 0 stars because that is what they deserve.

Can your attorney threaten to sue you if you don't sign a settlement agreement that he made with the defense? At trial, is he able to settle without consent and dismiss the jurors before the trial starts? Is he able to berate a judge referring to him as dumb and on his way off the bench (recorded).
