Amazing experience with OMS. Would highly recommend. Dave was extremely competent and caring. Felt like all services provided were above and beyond. Had x2 Sharp MX-4070v printers that were throwing a fault code. Dave replaced the required parts and worked with us to clean the printers and make sure they were setup and work properly. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
I have been working with Dave and Laura at OMS for close to 10 years and they have been amazing. I purchased a refurbished SHARP machine and it’s been running strong since the day we got it. The best thing about Dave and OMS though is how responsive they are when you need something. Whether it’s time for maintenance on my machine or the machine needs consumables, they are right there either the same day or the next. If you’re looking for an office machine, I highly recommend OMS.
I bought a nice Sharp 3071 copier from Dave at this store. I bought it in Concord but currently live up on Mt Shasta 4 hours north of their shop. He responded to me with the exact steps I needed to do to resolv... read more
After finally admitting defeat in what felt like a never-ending battle with my 2 Brother printers, I called a few numbers to see if there was a chance I could get them serviced, rather than just buying new ones at $600 a piece. OMS was the perfect fit. Cheryl answered the phone and after confirming they could service my specific models, she said they could send a technician to my home and told me the hourly rate and also that they didn't have a 2-hr service minimum or anything like that (which other places I called did have)... read more
I have been using there service since around 2019. They have excellent service. Dave always gets back to me right away. He either will tell me how to fix the problem or he comes out the same day to look at the machine. We have bought two rebuilt copy machine that work great.
