OMS was absolutely incredible! I submitted a request for service and withing 10 minutes, they called me and scheduled a service to come out the next day. There was more wrong with our machine than we anticipated but Dave was really professional, informative and knew what he was doing. OMS is the best choice. We all know that we need everything "Now!" and the key elements go awry when we need them most. Dave gets that. He is super responsive and honest. I have a unique perspective because I am an IT consultant and have referred him to all my clients. His work reflects directly on me. And I'm pleased to have someone else that I can trust working in my offices. And when the phone rings and I see that it's Dave calling, I answer immediately. I know he's making my life easier.
Prompt and friendly service. Have problem with our printer (see the attached picture), and they came in , took the toner out, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and the service fee is very reasonable. Also found out that they sell and lease printers, and they are very knowledgeable about what printer suit your needs. Highly recommend for anyone who has printer issues or want to buy or lease a printer.
