I have been using there service since around 2019. They have excellent service. Dave always gets back to me right away. He either will tell me how to fix the problem or he comes out the same day to look at the machine. We have bought two rebuilt copy machine that work great.

Truly amazing and honest businessman. He respects his customer's time, privacy, and money. If he promises you to save the day, he will move mountains to make it happen. Highly recommend OMS for any office machine needs. We have been using OMS for years now and hands down Dave is the very best. It’s not often but when a machine does go down it’s incredible how quickly he responds and always finds the time to get to us same day. I don’t know what we would do without him.

Oh My! Are there ReAlLy other copier/scanner experts ourt there?.... Just kidding. Dave Helms aka OMS has maintained my current copier (Sharp 3100N) since I bought it from him.
