I bought a nice Sharp 3071 copier from Dave at this store. I bought it in Concord but currently live up on Mt Shasta 4 hours north of their shop. He completely programed the unit for me in his shop then I brought it up to my new office. It hooked up to out WiFi perfectly. After finally admitting defeat in what felt like a never-ending battle with my 2 Brother printers, I called a few numbers to see if there was a chance I could get them serviced, rather than just buying new ones at $600 a piece. OMS was the perfect fit. I have been using there service since around 2019. They have excellent service. Dave always gets back to me right away. He either will tell me how to fix the problem or he comes out the same day to look at the machine. We have bought two rebuilt copy machine that work great.
Truly amazing and honest businessman. He respects his customer's time, privacy, and money. If he promises you to save the day, he will move mountains to make it happen.
