WE thought the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable.
I called because our printer/copy/fax/scan machine was no longer scanning, it was giving us an error. We figured out we had to update the password for the email server but we had no idea how to do that. John was kind and patient as he walked me through step-by-step how to access the network in order to update this and get our machine working again. He was great at explaining what I needed to do.
