I’ve been a patient here for 5 years and it’s been impossible to get ahold of them for as long as I can remember. If you need to get a refill or try to schedule an appointment with a therapist, you have to leave a message, there’s no way to actually talk to someone unless they call you back. The line for reception rings 4 times and then goes to voicemail, which is insanely frustrating. The staff seems friendly enough but were very disorganized. They missed my appointment and then tried to play it like it was my fault, despite having text messages and emails to prove otherwise. Everything about this place left me feeling frustrated. If you're ready for a quick-draw diagnosis and/or looking for someone willing to just throw pills at you, maybe this place is for you.
