Just leaving another horrible review. Never have I been hung up on so many times when calling. It’s business sorry if some customers sound rude but this company can’t handle that. They just refuse business and keep their sorry work space moving. Sad I wanted me dream chair very badly. This company failed me.
Adam was very rude and unprofessional on the phone, his team was also, they constantly hung up on me. I was going to spend $1200 on a chair and no one would sell me one. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I highly recommend doing business elsewhere.
Def recommend Office Interiors to anyone looking for a Herman Miller chair. I emailed them for a quote. They responded quickly asking for more information and got me a quote the next day. After paying they gave me an ETA of 3 weeks (I guess these chairs are made to order) and it was dropped shipped to me in exactly 3 weeks.
Great AV and furniture company.
Had an online order of Aeron chair. Paid by direct wire transfer. The chair arrived after two weeks. Everything is great.
