Very friendly staff. Didn't have what I was after, but they had a ton of selection.
The good: large inventory. The bad: extremely high price (for at least what I was looking for). And if it has a car dealership vibe no doubt. Which is a huge turnoff.
What a 5-star experience. I rushed into a decision, got the wrong chair, and the headrest cushion ended up being under stuffed when I unboxed the chair. These folks made it right. They took the chair back without question and agreed the headrest cushion was an issue. They spent the time with me to go through options, as I took my time instead of rushing into a decision. They found me the perfect chair, and I'm exceptionally happy with my experience, and final purchase. Thanks!
