I visited this showroom on Saturday with my wife and a friend, and I could not be happier with my experience. The excellent customer service started in the parking lot, where I saw the owner working hands-on alongside his team to help a customer load her car. Inside, Walter was fantastic. He presented me with several big and tall chair options, patiently waited for me to rank my favorites, and confirmed my top choice was in stock. Our growing business needed furniture and cubicles. Russ and his team worked with us to find the perfect fit for our budget and needs. The installation teams were friendly and got things set up very quickly! I would highly recommend Russ and his team!
Very friendly staff. Didn't have what I was after, but they had a ton of selection.
The good: large inventory. The bad: extremely high price (for at least what I was looking for). And if it has a car dealership vibe no doubt. Which is a huge turnoff.
