Bought an office chair for $100 in January of 2025 and by September it had developed an issue with the hydraulics not allowing it to freely move up or down. I called and turns out my used chair came with a 1 year warranty and was able to bring it in same day for repair. Even when two used replacement parts had the same issue he was willing to give me a brand new part free of charge installed and all. Long as I live in Milwaukee can’t say I’d buy a chair anywhere else.
Super friendly service with an ever rotating inventory. I found a huge flat file cabinet here for a VERY reasonable price. It's the first place I go when I'm shopping for office furniture.
Amazing service. Jerry was fantastic and guided me to my favorite office chair that I have ever had. When my arm rest had an issue, he gave me a replacement, no questions asked. He also listened to what I needed for 2 custom tables and he had it ready the next day. Thanks again!!!
Great selection, reasonable prices. No reason to ever buy a new office chair with this place in town!
