Incredible service! I got a great home office chair about 9 years ago. When the back ripped, Ben took the time to find me the replacement piece. He was very dilegent with the manufacturer. Followed up so many times to get them to help me. It was very reasonable to buy the replacement. I now have my chair back working like new again. I can't thank Ben enough.
