I asked the one of the employees, the man, I'm sorry I didn't get his name; to enlarge several photos for my mom's memorial service. Every picture turned out better than I expected! The pictures were ready on time and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this business for shipping needs and for photo enlargement.

Absolutely horrible customer service... At the time there was no one being served and I Stood in line for approximately 2 minutes. Fine, they all could have been completing something that needed to be finalized.The moment another customer walked in, she was immediately served... Only when I said, I KNOW DAMN WELL, was I offered assistance.
I recently found out when you drop off your packages after paying for the labels off of pirateship they do not scan the packages and blames the USPS in downtown smithfield. I lost so much money because they do not scan packages. Also, they are a contractor for USPS so they will set their own prices. They are more expensive than the offical USPS store.
They have printed repair manuals. Estimate sheets. Yard signs. Bussiness cards. Helped me ship parts, that need to be returned.Have even purchased some really cool cutting boards, for my self and as gifts. Good people, awesome place. Glad they are close by.
