I'm writing this in the middle of my first day renting a private office. Positives: The staff here are the reason this gets 5-stars. Marie was great to work with in getting set up and Ann at the front desk is friendly and very helpful. The offices are clean and probably what you'd expect. There's coffee (the instant coffee you'd expect from any office) and a vending machine for snacks in a common area. And the bathrooms are clean! Issues: I work from home on a regular basis. You are not allowed to book a meeting room on a holiday. A significant number of people work on holidays.
