Heather has been so helpful and friendly! I originally got in touch with Create Spaces to try to see if I could order armrests for my existing Steelcase chair, but ended up ordering a new different model that's going to work so much better for me. Heather has been super responsive, and was able to accommodate me stopping by and checking out the chairs they have in their showroom for a couple hours while I had a layover in Boise.
