I believe the Gen Mgr in Fargo is named Kayla. She is outstanding. Knows her stock...is really efficient...personable...outstanding customer service. Whatever she's being paid, it's not enough. Every store should have one of her caliber. We just left the store and wanted to commend her.
I asked for 50 black and white copies, and asked for 3 sheets of the colored copies to be laminated. She tells me that it will be tomorrow before I can have my requests fulfilled. I told her that I'll be out of town by 6am, and she still asked me if I want the work order submitted like I didn't say what time I was leaving in the morning. Then, a customer behind me had 2 sheets of paper to laminate, and she laminated those 2 sheets for her immediately after she just told me it will take until tomorrow for mine.
