Great service
Order a chair. Spent a month waiting for it to come in. Got told multiple delivery dates that never happened. Canceled the order and now it been over a month waiting for my refund. If you aren’t walking out with the product DO NOT BUY IT. Get it from somewhere that actually delivers on the date it says or go somewhere that won’t give you your money back.
Good service
I believe the Gen Mgr in Fargo is named Kayla. She is outstanding. Knows her stock...is really efficient...personable...outstanding customer service. Whatever she's being paid, it's not enough. Every store should have one of her caliber. We just left the store and wanted to commend her.
