If I could give negative stars, I would. I came in with a tablet/keyboard that locked up 2 days after purchase while doing an update that it requested. After speaking with the manufacturer, they said take it back to store where purchased. They tried to figure it out and when they couldn't, well you must have been hacked. Wanted a couple hundred dollars to fix it. Took it back home, let the husband take it back to store. Low and behold, we don't have another in stock to replace it but can refund your money. I made a purchase several days ago, and could not find a part of an item that I purchased. I took a chance and stopped in to see if they remembered having only a part of an item, possibly left behind by a customer (meaning me). Two gentlemen worked quickly to provide customer service and I left a very happy customer. Thank you so much!
Denise the assistant manager is super rude and not very helpful. This will be the last $375.00 I spend at your store.
