Customer service leaves much to be desired. With managers unwilling to make sure the customer gets quality products and services, this is not a a place I like to recommend for quality. 9 out of 10 times (or more!) my print job is wrong, either from not completing all the specifications within the order or just lack of quality control to check if the end product is nicely done. I want to love this store, but they make it extremely hard.
Too understaffed to provide adequate customer experience and decent wait times.
This store is severely understaffed. The workers in the mail and print area are a one person show dealing with a constant line. How about hiring some people to help out with the demand of your overpriced items and turn the a/c on while you are at it.
They are severely understaffed in their print, copy, mail, and ship department. They also don't have the store at a comfortable shopping temperature.
They did not anything I needed. Staff did not know where items were and "acted" to busy to help.
