No customer service skills
They send you lots of coupons in the mail and then don’t let you use them. I’ve shopped there many times before with no problems but today was the pits.
Fix your AC people! I am a business owner who usually spends quite a bit of money in your store. The last 3 times I’ve been to the store it has been so hot I can barely stand to get the items I need. I left today in a hurry and couldn’t purchase all the items I wanted to. I will NOT be returning. Amazon from now on even if I have to wait 2 days. The heat is seriously ridiculous!!!! You’re losing a customer because you’re too cheap to pay to cool the store off.
They bound my book on the completely wrong side and messed up pages out of order that I can’t fix because the holes are on the wrong side. 🤦🏼♀️ completely disappointing that I wasted money here.
Slow & uninformative not to mention unfriendly @ the checkout, followed by the most annoyed sales rep trying & failing to located the chair I just bought! Ended up leaving w/ another color & a story to tell of how NOT to treat a customer!
