they just charged an older not so tech-savvy nice lady over 40.00 dollars for a fax! that's more than a case of paper! right now during the pandemic its nice to know what retailers are on your side....definitely not OFFICE DEPOT! 😒 DON'T LET THE ROBERRY CONTINUE!
Today I uploaded a file to print 11x17 posters. It was supposed to be ready after 7pm but since I was driving by I stopped in and the employee printed my files immediately while I waited just a few minutes. This was my first online order experience and it was great. Thank you!

My mother brought in her laptop to be wiped as she fell for a scam and was pretty sure they installed malware. Got home to hear they admitted they didn't remove the malware and likely did absolutely nothing to it. Then laughed at her when she came back in requesting they prove what they did to it. Clearly not professional and downright shady to be charging people for things they aren't doing. Taking advantage of people that may not be as savvy as others. I won't shop at an OD again. Shame on you!!
