Customer service - my Granddaughter is at Office Depot right now and is being totally ignored. I usually buy our office supplies online because the customer service there on any given day just plain stinks. I ordered colored paper instead of white legal and no one there can even show here where it is. Now, the employee at Office Depot has informed her that I would get a refund of 2 cents for each package of colored paper. I went in to purchase a computer. The guy that helped me did a great job! Great customer service. Very informative.
Stood around waiting at the registers for someone to come check me out but no one ever came. There were two people working the photo center and two other gentlemen on the floor. Which one of them saw me waiting at the registers and turned around and acted like he was doing something on an isle. I continued to wait until I walked over to the photo center and asked if I could check out there, which they did. Usually they have good customer service but my last few trips have been disappointing.
I shop here for all our business needs and then some. Clean, neat and friendly place. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to assist our company with our business needs in tech services, printing and an abundance of business supplies. We have no problem using our company cards ours being equipped with the chip. As a business that has international customers, we protect our cards with required pin numbers for usage. Thank you OD for being a great business supply store in our community!
Printing services and customer service in general is wonderful at this store! I've used them a few times now and haven't been disappointed. I had ordered a couple of prints to be printed off, came in, bought them, and as I was leaving walking across the parking lot, my three year old tripped and scraped his knees. In a rush to get to him, I stuck the prints I had just bought under my arm and bent them. We went back inside, I explained what happened, and asked if they could reprint them again.
