Questionable practices aimed at African Americans.
Today was the 2nd time I have gone in to pick up my prints and they are not finished. Not only are they not finished they can’t even print them and instead of calling me and telling me so that I can make other arrangements they waited until I came in leaving me to scramble trying to get my stuff printed in time for my event.
Office Depot is GREAT!! My experience is with Kathy in printing. What a great lady. Always friendly and ready to help. She is why I will always give my business to the Suwanee Office Depot!! Thanks allot Kathy ;-)

knowledge is lacking here and when i need help i cannot find anyone to help me. – This is a typical big chain store, the staff have limited experience and no-one really cares. I normally have to wait at least 15 minutes before i am serviced at checkout. They have a major accident waiting to happen, their trolley park is dangerous as it is on a slope in front of the shop doors. The trolleys are free to roll down the slope and injure someone.
