Bought a new office chair this morning but had to pay an extra $15 assembly fee even though it was already put together. I didn't like that especially since there were other chairs just like it on the floor.

Their associates are very kind and knowledgable! Patrick fixed my iPhone 6S phone screen and made it look brand new! Tina made sure that my toddler was as happy as she could be while we were checking out! Everyone is so nice and courteous. So great to have a store like this in Laurel!!!
One of their associates was absolutely rude and sat there and said my kids are one reason they refused to have kids just because they were trying to help look for something. They made my oldest think he was the worst kid to ever come in, because he didn't quietly say it under his breath, he said it straight to us. He was extremely rude and told us we should have gone to Best Buy instead of to Office Depot.

I bought everything at This Office Depot to Open my business 2 yrs ago. Spent lots of money. Plus bought all of my kids school supplies at this Office Depot for probably the past 5 yrs. My husband bought me a printer for my store here also. Then he bought us one for our home. We decided not to keep the one we got for our home just because we don’t need it.
