Your sales associates need to back off and let people shop. I was in this branch yesterday with my daughter. The sales associate greeted us at the door and then was in our face less than 5 minutes later after I had already told her we were just looking. I find this practice to be highly annoying and basically it lost your company a sale. It may have been a small sale yesterday but future sales as well could have amounted to more $ lost.
Great business friendly team at the Kirkwood location. I am always greeted, offered assistance and walked to products we need at our office. Since we are fellow KDPA Chamber members our Printing Center discounts are terrific. We truly appreciate our marketing partnership with OD. Thx

Called corporate, they are useless their brand of "canon Ink" is useless. Trying to access a receipt when I know when and where I purchased product is beyond insane. All I wanted was to replace the damn cartridge. So angry I could scream

Customer service was atrocious. Manager was rude. Sales people had no idea what they were doing. Worst shopping experience I have ever had. And I only give this place one star because fb won't allow me to write a review without giving at least one star. In reality I would give them zero stars.
