How to lose a customer and profit... – I recently went in to the Office Depot store to purchase an all in one fax - printer - scanner. After some dialog I selected a Kodak machine. It turned out the one I selected was the last one in the store so I offered to by the floor version with a discount. They agreed to a 10% discount. They also told me that the machine came with black & white and a color ink cartridge. I made my purchase and went home.
