This is the 2nd time I had a customer service problem with Brandon F. I asked him a question and he just walked off. The store currently have over 7 people in line with no sight of anyone checking people out.

Dear Office Depot, I just want to one day not be disappointed in my visit. No one appears to be overly excited about working here, which in turns reflects in their indifference to my experience. Do NOT order anything "same day" from this store. Apparently "same day" for them means "when we bloody well feel like it later this week".
Can't speak for Thornton Road, but there MUST BE A REASON that the Hiram, Georgia store doesn't have a Facebook... their customer service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!
