Extremely short staffed. And, very unhelpful!
I know it's the holidays but I was told my order of several canvas prints would be done several days before Christmas. I called to check on the status of my order the day after it was supposed to be completed and was told that the individual that did the canvas prints quit that day. I was told that wasn't the only problem that they didn't even have the right size of canvas. I got no call and no notification that there was even a problem.
