My partner bought a chair from this store, and when he got it home, realized it was a bad fit. He arranged to return it, and after 3 consecutive broken promises (to pick it up) from Office Depot's designated help line personnel have us at wit's end. The service is AWFUL!! My advice is to make your purchases elsewhere.
