I brought my computer to this store to be fixed,and was promised that antivirus subscription for a year will be included with the deal.(by Jon,Dept.Man) Have receipt to confirm . However, when I came to pick up my computer Jon the Dept Man,advised me that my computer has a virus and techs were not able to install the antivirus. All of this was untrue,because when I got home I was able to download and apply McAfee to my laptop. Thanks for not standing behind your promises. Matvey
