Print department staff aren't responsive, they aren't helpful, they aren't willing to do anything to reduce contact exposure, they put you on hold for 20 minutes until you hang up and call back.
Someone tell my why when something is on sale, you have to haggle with the cashier to get the right price. They tried to charge me full price ($99.99) when the printer was CLEARLY on their website on $ALE for 50% off - $49.99.
Since the Christy store closed, I've been order online. However, I was able to return the wrong video card to your store. The young man who helped me solved my video problems by recommending updating the drivers, which was exactly what I needed to do. Your location is not the most convenient, but I expect to shop there regularly.
