Awful customer service. They stand around and don’t even acknowledge your presence. Stopped having my printing and shipping done there. Yesterday I went to get my computer worked on, same scenario. When the cashier finally acknowledged me, it was apparent he didn’t know squat about laptops. If there was a techie present, he sure as hell didnt want my business. Since the closing of the Gateway Mall store, I have had the need to go to this store a few times. I thought the staff member that most recently helped me was rude, they don't have as good a selection of products as the Gateway Mall store, and their store hours are archaic. They should at least stay open until 9 M-Sat and until 6 on Sunday. If you have expectations of a real Office Depot, leave them at home. I love this Office Depot! Their employees have helped me many times, especially in my stressful moments. Ryan and Connor made my Sunday and Pat helps me on a regular basis. �
Not impressed with the sales associate Kevin. Made my visit a lot harder than it needed to be.
