I went there and was looking for a item that I got there before and it wasn’t there so I thought if I could ask a employee to see if they have it or not but when I asked they were very rude and took long to check for it and resulted in 15 minutes wasted Do not go here very poor place to get supplies from.
Went to this location next to Winn Dixie and we were greeted by some very helpful polite gentlemen. They explained how to get special deals and discounts. Then my wife went in the next day and said she had to deal with a woman who was the total opposite of the gentlemen from previous day. Let me tell you how she described her. I needed same day printing for my business cards and when I called an employee by the name of Chris stated that they end same day printing at 2pm (I called at 4pm) but he came through and helped me out and placed my order and said they would be ready by 6:30-7! Awesome customer service and very friendly! Thank you again Chris!
Had exceptional service today at store #3270 from Courtney. She was so patient and cheerful while she helped me with the printer and showed me each step for future reference. She seemed so happy in her job & so willing to help. An absolute credit to Office Depot
