I am here at the store as I write my review. This is how bad the service is. I am just shipping 3 packages and it seems like 2 people at the counter do not know anything on how how to run things, print receipts or even ship! We come here often because this is the closest from my home but I am seriously not coming back even if it means I need to drive 20 mins from where I live!!
Office Depot is the awesomes OMG!!!! John Rubino is THE MAN!! ...and he looks like Steve Carrell!! The staff there is all super super great, especially that Heather lady, she used to work at Chuck E Cheese!!
