The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I came in to print some documents, and John was especially kind and patient in answering all of my questions. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great customer service!
Horrible customer service. I went to this Office Depot to drop off a FedEx package that already had a prepaid shipping label attached and was completely sealed and secure. I have shipped not just one, but many packages prepared exactly the same way through other Office Depot locations in different cities and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me was extremely rude. Instead of trying to help, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner.
