I came in to print a document from my USB drive. Over the past few visits, the USB port on the self-service printer hasn’t been working, and an employee has printed the document for me at the counter instead. I was previously told that the USB port does not work properly at times. I came in again today, and the same issue occurred—the self-service printer did not recognize my USB.
