The staff went above and beyond helping me. Super polite and efficient. I am an older woman who is handicapped and they were awesome helping me with emailing, packing and printing job.
if i could give this place a 0 i would. i took my ink cartridge to show them specifically which one i needed and they gave me it. i go home thinking it was going to be the right one but no, it wasn’t. considering i had showed them the one i wanted with a real life VISUAL of which one i needed they still gave me the wrong one. i go back to exchange to the “right” one and the 4 workers were looking for it. asking me “are you sure” “are you sure” KNOWING i had shown them which one i wanted they proceeded to put me in the wrong.... read more
Can't wait for this place to close down. The negative attitude as soon as you walk in the door is unbelievable. If you don't like your job, there's plenty of others out there
I had to go to Office Depot to order Pens for students. The service was excellent, plus had to fax Documents to LADWP. The staff there is has excellent customer service. I graded as 5, I wish I could give 10. Thank you again!
