Staff unfriendly. Trying to get a refund for close to 3 weeks on a print job they did not complete on time.

The most unhelpful location I have ever been in. It felt like the staff were trying to avoid all contact with customers. It wasn't busy and there were at least 4 workers, I walked the store twice looking for something. NO ONE offered assistance, I had to run one down that was putting up sales signs and ask them to help me find something. He pointed to the area of the store I could find it in, didn't take me there. They better put stuff on sale cause you certainly aren't going to get people in there for the customer service.
Love my Office Depot. Always get great service when I stop into this place, and deals and quality I expect. Keep up the good work guys.
