OD advertised boxes of 24 hand sanitizers. we ordered 10 cases and went to pick them up. they gave us 10 loose bottles, not cases. Big time advertising SCAM. Spread the word that any good deals they have are suspect. they figure you will buy other items at the same time. SCAMMERS> False advertising
Just left your Landsdowne location... Your employee Brittany was rude and unwelcoming...as if assisting me with an order I placed and purchased online, was somehow inconvenicing her from continuing breaking down shipment boxes...thanks to Brittany, I'll now find another office..supply store...
Just went there to ship some items and your out of basic shipping envelopes and boxes...seriously?! Over half of your spots on the shelves are empty....
How dare you guys make your employees work on a family holiday. My fiancé is an employee for your location and we just started a family and now because of you a-holes she will have to cut her holiday short even though we have an 11 month old son who now won't be able to spend the holiday with his mom. Working on thanksgiving is absolutely astatine. You guys should be ashamed of your selves and your so full of yourselves all you care about is making money. Absolutely pitiful!!!!!
