Needed to have copies made.
Very unprofessional. They quoted me for the price of an 8.5 x 11 color copy when I specifically asked them how much for an 11 x 17. Then tried to charge me double the price.
Don't falsely advertise your prices, and turn around and charge the customer double for your own mistake!
