I am a business owner who purchased all of our office supplies here. My husband went to get ink for our printer last week. We always purchase multiple packs at a time since we are always printing documents. I went to put in a brand new pack of ink into our printer to realize it was the wrong kind. My husband went back to the store to return the ink and get the correct kind and was accused of stealing the ink. First off-- this ink DOES NOT work for our printer! My husband and I needed signs printed a few days before our wedding and the people here were awesome. They did everything they could to help us by suggesting suitable products that would hold up in case it rained, and even found some coupons online to help us save money. Viktoria in particular was fantastic. Super personable and helpful, she even gave us some travel suggestions for our upcoming honeymoon. If her boss sees this she deserves a raise!!
Justin is a rockstar and has the temperament to deal with customers. Normally, I would shop Amazon... but with the service I get from people like Justin, I will return to this local store.
