People are nice but lack on informing you when to your order is ready

Mr. Darrel at the print & copy center was super helpful and kind. He explained the printing process clearly and made everything easy to understand. Great service!
Aaron (red hair) at the print station was the best representative of this franchise I've seen. I printed a brochure for my work, he called and told me I selected a bad fold (I had no idea) and that the colors I chose bled together and we're legible. I was able to come in, he gave me one of my bad copies, and I was able to go home and fix it. When the new ones were printed, he got them done the same day, called me again to confirm they looked good, and helped me cancel my old order that didn't turn out well. I've worked in re... read more
