I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready the next day, but it wasn’t. That in itself wasn’t the problem, the real issue was the customer service I received when I tried to follow up. Farwah is simply an outstanding sales clerk. She was extraordinarily helpful in trying to find the correct printer cartridge for my printer, researching on her Office Depot network & with Office Depot's printer experts, & in providing me useful insight.
