I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready the next day, but it wasn’t. That in itself wasn’t the problem, the real issue was the customer service I received when I tried to follow up. She was extraordinarily helpful in trying to find the correct printer cartridge for my printer, researching on her Office Depot network & with Office Depot's printer experts, & in providing me useful insight.
