Went into store today great customer service. Only thing women’s bathroom smelt like marijuana! Unacceptable for a store to smell like that. Was able to smell it from outside the bathroom hallway. Managers should look into this.
Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 2 items, and it said same day delivery. Fantastic. I have a project at work I need to complete so that was going to work out fantastic. Well, later that day they send an Uber driver to deliver my product and I only got 1 of 2 items and then I get an email saying that all my items were delivered so I get on their chat for customer service and the guy via chat tells me that oh sorry we will get that delivered by the end of today. Doesn’t know how to work register. Bank told me to come here but they don’t offer the service apparently
Office Depot employees are some of the best! I can’t remember a time of disappointment due to service! Perfect example; Angel, who helped us today went above and beyond by OFFERING to price match our printer cartridges and saved us money! He could have made us ask for it, or said nothing at all but instead he treated us as “valued customers!” Thank you Angel and thank you Home Depot for enjoying such great employees!
