This place is hit and miss with customer service, and its usually a miss. My general experience every time I come to this store is I wander aimlessly looking for what I need, and by chance encounter an employee on their way to the back, and flag them down for assistance. However, when its time to close, they are very proactive in making sure you leave without purchasing anything, because its better to have a clear store than money in the drawer. Fantastic way to do business!
Went into store today great customer service. Only thing women’s bathroom smelt like marijuana! Unacceptable for a store to smell like that. Was able to smell it from outside the bathroom hallway. Managers should look into this.
Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 2 items, and it said same day delivery. Fantastic. I have a project at work I need to complete so that was going to work out fantastic. Well, later that day they send an Uber driver to deliver my product and I only got 1 of 2 items and then I get an email saying that all my items were delivered so I get on their chat for customer service and the guy via chat tells me that oh sorry we will get that delivered by the end of today.
