Sent a print order through the internet. Somehow the system separated it into two orders. The staff got everything fixed and printed very quickly. They called me when everything was ready so I would not waste another drive to the store. Very happy with my experience!
We ordered a desk, and when delivered they propped it up against the garage door and left without ringing the doorbell or notifying us. (We were home waiting on the delivery.) So when we opened the garage door....BAM! Two hundred pounds of boxed desk slams onto the concrete. Upon opening the desk, yep. Cracked. So now we have to wait days for the outsourced delivery company to pick it up and deliver a new one.
Ordered print jobs to be picked up for meeting today and there's a sign on door that they are closed! Not only am I not going to have my stuff for my meeting but I already paid for it online! Roads are completely clear this is horrible business practice
I went in to purchase a computer desk, found one my wife liked, applied for business credit card to get an additional $50.00 off of desk. Young lady assisting us midway thru application said someone else would finish application as it was time for her to go home, once submitted I was informed to call an 800 number, called number and was told to hang up and call a different 800 number. I had two books bound last night at Office Depot in Mishawaka both for a total of $5 and some change... They were VERY helpful (all 3 employees that I interacted with), great/quick service, and I was given 25% off... When I asked her why, she said, "Because I can!"
