I was very impressed with the knowledge the Customer Service Manager, Jake, had on a somewhat obscure item I was looking for. He knew immediately what it was I was trying to describe and spent quality time locating the right item to order. The entire staff interaction I had from the moment I walked in thru my check out was superb.
Unbelievable how terrible the customer service is here. Employees are either unwilling to help, or too incompetent to handle simple Questions
