I went their today for help. I was looking for tech help. No one could help me until 3 cause someone called in sick. I had to find this out from manager. He didn't know how to help me . He just told me people get sick . you will have to come back, and walked away. A nice lady told me about a place that was a cross the way that helped me. I even asked for my money back he told me no cause I bought it online. I wasn't happy with the way i was treated. thankfully. the other place was able to help me. Debbie.

I will NEVER use Office Depot for anything again. Normally I do not write bad reviews but I had the worst experience with this Office Depot. I emailed them a file to print off bachelorette invites and explained exactly what I wanted and how many I needed. I called the same evening I ordered to see when I could pick up. I wasn't in a rush or anything I just wanted to know. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Finally someone came to the phone and took my info to give me a call back. This was the best in store experience I had in ages. I went in to look at an office chair. The staff was extremely pleasant. The store manager Todd was unbelievably helpful. Really pleasantly surprised.I have a Staples near me. The store manager is so surly. She's too stuck up to answer your questions.I will be shopping again at OfficeMax soon.

Disappointing Performance in Printing! I ordered business cards over 6 weeks ago and still have not received the correct ones. The associates have zero knowledge of design or layouts. They advertise same day pickup on business cards but this location has to send their orders out. I had to send back 3 different drafts before I gave the ok. But once printed the color design looked nothing like the draft. They reordered and they sent the same exact wrong color scheme back out.
