The cashier kept disappearing leaving a LONG line at print services area.
I just went to go have 2 planners bound. They had to rebound the first one because the pages were in backwards and they missed binding some pages on the second one. Okay let me change that. They completely destroyed one because now there are holes on BOTH SIDES. Help me Baby Jesus...... I'm trying not to be angry. He did offer to reprint on regular paper but that's presentation paper that I'm using. Can you say "I'm not paying for this"? This "5 minute" job has so far taken over 30 minutes......smh
Don't get you're computer repair at Office Depot. The staff is incompetent and can't really tell you what's wrong with the computer when they run the scan. It took two days to repair and got my computer back with the same exact issues. The service is expensive for the quality of the work and service provided. When I called to explain the issue they wanted to refer me to an 800 for further assistance. Unbelievable! They practically took $200 and didn't fix a thing.
