Customer Service sucks here ! I gave my laptop for repair on 19th Oct. its been more than 10 days, they don't even call/email/text us of the updates on where the service stands. Why do you need to keep a service center, if you could not atleast tell us the status ? I had to call more than 10 times to know the status. Also tech services team is unavailable and unaware of details to provide a correct estimate of the time it takes to repair something. I don't know how you are premium support for Lenovo ! 😏
