I received a $10 off $30 card from Office Depot in the mail, and went to this store to buy ink for my Lexmark printer. Sells for $29+change (this ink is blasted expensive everywhere). To get above the $30 threshold, I added a $3.69 item to my basket. The ink shelves behind the register didn't have the ink I needed, but a prominent label said "Guaranteed in stock, or fee delivery".
