I was having serious problems with my computer. I was directed to Richard the store manager. He tested my computer and explained everything to me and advised me as to my options. He is so concerned about the patrons it's amazing. He knows where virtually everything is in the store. One of the cashiers was trying to get a coupon off someone's phone and Richard looked at the phone and instructed the cashier what buttons to key in the register to process the customer's coupon. Just left this store after having some 6 pages of business cards printed. The sales person offered to cut them for me at t Just he cost of 25 cents per cut. I figured ok $1.25 no biggie rt? Um no he informed me that even though he would be cutting a 6 pages together he would be charging me for each individual sheet. I then asked where the paper cutter for the customers was and he said it wasn't available. So basically they were forcing me to pay them ...um NO thanks! I have scissors at home!
