Worst customer service EVER. Went online to do my 'homework' before going in to buy a laminator for $16. I really needed to get in & out of the store. They had 5+ in stock. I go in and ask an employee where they are. It seemed to irritate him that I interrupted him opening boxes. I go where he pointed and they weren't there. I asked another employee. His response was 'well do you have it on your phone so I can get the product #' ? Not that I don't believe you! And argued with me that since they weren't with the other laminat... read more

The absolute worst service I have ever heard of. Manipulation and childish, disrespectful behavior are not something I would have expected to find at a professional establishment like this, but this Office Depot on Harding Pike in Nashville, TN has proven me wrong. Not only were the employees disrespectful and manipulative, but the "manager" was just as terrible. I will never go here again and I will deter any of my friends from ever going there again.
